Who we are

The controller is ASCSS Ltd, trading as ASCSS, Aviation Safety & Compliance Solutions Specialists, registered in Ireland, company number 814611, registered office Limestone Lodge, Beechgrove, The Neale, Co. Mayo, F31 WF82, Ireland. You can also write to us at that address.

What we collect and why

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, work email, organisation if you give it, what you need help with, when your next audit is if you tell us, and your message. We use it to reply to you and, if we work together, to agree and carry out that work. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), and the steps you ask for before a contract (6(1)(b)).

Who handles it

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this site, runs the Turnstile bot check and delivers the form to our inbox. Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd provides our email. Neither may use your data for its own purposes. Transfers outside the EEA are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Up to two years after our last contact, unless it becomes part of a contract, which has its own retention terms.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, or object to its use: use the contact form. You can complain to the Data Protection Commission, dataprotection.ie.
